Raw Sport elite protein

Take your muscle recovery to the next level with Raw Sport Elite Protein. The Elite range has been extensively researched and developed to deliver a protein powder that stands alone in the world market. Our dedicated team of nutritional therapists have left no stone unturned in the development of a range that embodies the advances in sports science and nutrition. Each scoop provides the essential nutrients needed to rejuvenate, regenerate and repair the muscles after physical activity. Every 30g serving provides 25g of protein. Elite Repair has a complete amino acid profile that includes 7 grams Of BCAAs per serving to support optimal muscle mass, lean muscle and enhanced recovery. We have selected a combination of the highest quality plant proteins from bio fermented pea protein, quinoa protein and vegan BCAAs. We use an Instantised 2:1:1 BCAA, derived from vegan fermented sunflowers. Instantised differ from standard BCAAs due to their water solubility, making them far more applicable in the sports beverage market. A key advantage of using raw sport over traditional protein powder is how well it digests and absorbs. We have selected digestive aids that work together to support optimal digestion. We have added a premium 5 billion per serving probiotic with the superfood Baobab powder, acting as a prebiotic. Konjac fibre, digestive enzymes and piperine extract are additional digestive components to ensure all amino acids from each serving are fully digested and assimilated.

Raw Sport maintain

BCCA powder

Raw Sport Maintain is a Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) and coconut water formula, designed to support muscle and hydration. Optimise muscle mass and decrease muscle soreness with Raw Sport Maintain pre/during exercise to enhance performance and drastically reduce fatigue. BCAAs have been scientifically proven to accelerate recovery, reduce muscle soreness and improve the use of fat for energy during exercise. The branched chains amino’s are essential amino acids that need to be obtained through diet. If we Metaphorically think of amino acids within muscle as a pool that is continually exhausted by physical excursion, it is beneficial to keep the pool full to the brim by feeding the body a constant supply of BCAA pre-intra-post work out to maintain muscle mass and speed recovery periods

BCAA's are ideal to use during a workout in the gym. Fuelling the muscles with a constant supply of branch chain amino acids immediately activates protein synthesis, which helps with muscle repair and growth. Any type of athlete can benefit from taking BCCA for recovery. Taking during or post exercise combats muscle related fatigue.  

We have selected a 2:1:1 ratio as foods from nature have this exact balance. It is vital not to create amino acid imbalances. Over supplementation of leucine, found in high quantities in many BCAAs, can cause high levels of ammonia to accumulate in the body, placing a strain on the liver and kidneys. High doses have also been found to cause hypoglycaemia and gastrointestinal side effects. The ethics behind the manufacture of BCAAs is important to raw sport and our customers. The majority of the BCAA products on the market are derived from duck feathers, GMO’s, animal hair or even human hair. We use an instantised 2:1:1 BCAA derived from vegan fermented sunflower. Instantised differ from standard BCAAs due to their water solubility, making them far more applicable in the sports beverage market. To give the amino acids their soluble quality, they undergo spray drying with lecithin, which acts as an emulsifier; allowing the BCAA to dissolve readily in water. We only use sunflower lecithin as an emulsifying agent, which has all the benefits of soy lecithin, without any of the allergenic properties.

When to take

how to take

You need to be doing the correct work in the gym to get optimal benefit from this product bundle. Using the products alone will not gain the necessary results. We recommend 5 -6 resistance weight sessions per week under the guidedence of a personal trainer to build muscle.

From a dietary perspective, we recommend 1.5-2.0 grams of protein per kg of body weight and high calorie diet to be able to increase muscle growth. It is difficult to get this amount of protein from food alone.  Using the elite protein and BCAA will top up your daily protein by 58 grams without having to prepare food.

Through out the 30 days you will take

  • 2x elite protein per day
  • 1x BCCA per day

We recommend taking one serving of elite protein 20-30 minutes post gym workout and another at any point of the day that suits you best. For best results add one serving (4 heaped tablespoons, approx. 33g) & mix well in blender with 300ml of oat, almond, coconut or hemp milk.

The BCCA are to be used whilst you train. Taking a BCCA whilst you work out floods the muscles with amino acids and activates instant protein synthesis to help growth and repair of muscle tissue

For best results mix one serving (3 teaspoons) with water or preferred juice, shake well and sip throughout your workout.
